Location was ideal for us. Free parking and friendly hotel, staff were lovely.
Expensive... No dinner unless half board, and the town is like a ghost town in the summer.. I didn't know just how expensive Switzerland is/ was... Be aware it is a very expensive place to stay compared to Europe what we paid would have got us 4 stars in most other city's here 2 star at best, it was clean and fresh though and fine for what we needed.

Incredible location so close to the railway station as well as the main Parsenn ski lift and other bus stops right outside, it's central. The staff are lovely, they keep the place clean.

The room was big and huge with bath, the bed was very comfy. The staff I encountered were pleasant.
Unfortunately, there was no breakfast.

Cozy lounge areas enhance the overall atmosphere.
While staying at the Hotel Parsenn, I faced a few challenges. First, the breakfast selection could use more variety, especially when it comes to fresh vegetables. I found the bathroom to be quite cramped, which affected my overall comfort . Lastly, for nightly dining experiences, the set menu offered was expensive without delivering the quality I expected.

It's super close to the cable car, right across the road. The room was clean and quiet, even with the bar downstairs. I was really surprised by the public transportation ticket for my stay, made exploring easy. Breakfast offered a great spread too!

Excellent location close to station & base lift. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly & helpful staff.

This hotel was super nice, great location just a stone's throw from the parsenn ski station. The staff were really friendly and provided us with free transportation tickets which was a sweet surprise. My room was clean and comfy. Even with the bar downstairs, it was so quiet. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options!
